Techcon Systems, supplier of fluid dispensing systems and products, has declared that a 32-pitch TS7000 model has been included in the TS7000 valve series.
Techcon 32 Pitch Model TS7000 Series
The company offers TS7000 series in four different sizes: 8-pitch high output, 8-pitch standard, 16-pitch and 32-pitch. The finer 32-pitch feed screw is specifically designed in such a way to dispense microdot sizes, with high level of repeatability and precision. The size of microdots can be as small as 0.25 mm or 0.010" in diameter.
According to Techcon’s Product Manager of Industrial Products Division, Can La, customers can possibly dispense smaller shot sizes with the help of this new version of 32-pitch feed screw, with no compromise in accuracy and speed.
Repeatable and quicker dispensing of medium to high viscosity pastes and fluids can be performed using this new TS7000 IMP series valve. This new value series can be used for applications such as dispensing beads of structural adhesives, glob top dispensing, small-dot dispensing of solder pastes, silver epoxies and surface mount adhesives.
