Flow Polymers declared that a distribution agreement has been signed with TER GROUP, a European distributor based in Hamburg, Germany. TER GROUP and Flow Polymers have been working together for around a year forming a strategy for marketing SureFlo, their thermoplastic process aids product line in Europe.
The plastic additive business of Flow Polymers has been firmly founded in the US and the company is striving to expand its global business just as what they have done with Promix in the tire sector.
According to the CEO and President of Flow Polymers, Mike Ivany, the company is elated to enter into a formal contract with such a powerful European partner, who is technically sound and who can enable customers to profit from higher cost savings by utilizing SureFlo.
He added that the company was analyzing which would be the ideal market to develop the SureFlo business outside the US and Europe is a continent known for its natural geography. The company had to find the right distributor who would handle the technical details of the sales process.
The CEO of the TER GROUP, Christian Westphal stated that Flow Polymers has a successful product range that will be quite competitive in Europe. This partnership will improve their product line to customers in Europe, thus helping them to enhance their products and gain a competitive edge.
