Samsonite Divest Engineered Plastics Division

Luggage manufacturer Samsonite have just sold their engineered plastics division for an undisclosed sum to Aegis Strategic Investment Corp.

The engineered plastics division manufactures injection moulded components for the automotive industry.

The divestment of this part of Samsonite’s business was consistent with their strategy to focus on their core business, the travel good industry.
