Lloyd Instruments Acquire DN Testing

Lloyd Instruments has announced its acquisition of DN Testing Systems from Plint and Partners Ltd. DN Testing is a specialist in servo hydraulic testing.

Under the terms of the agreement, DN Testing equipment will be marketed under the Lloyds Instruments brand.

Servo hydraulic testing machines are used in applications such as product characterization, product development, product testing and quality assurance. DN Testing have been supplying equipment suitable for industry sectors such as elastomers, automotive, aerospace, packaging and civil engineering for many years.

The acquisition strengthens Lloyd’s position in the servo hydraulic testing market.
