Ceradrop Will Exhibit Advances in Inkjet Materials Deposition Systems

CERADROP is happy to present advances made in Materials Deposition Inkjet Systems with integrated post processing for Printed Electronics and Smart 3D Printing, carrying out printing demonstrations in collaboration with ArjoWiggins Creative Papers.

CERADROP will be exhibiting at the following events:

  • IPEX 2014, London, March 24-19 (Printed Electronics Island)
  • Printed Electronics Europe 2014, Berlin, April 1-2 (Booth A06)

The visitors will have pleasure to discover the latest innovations of CeraPrinter range through the powerful CeraPrinter X-Serie model, able to embed up to three printheads of different types. CERADROP is pleased to announce the commercial availability of an integrated PulseForge® photonic curing tool from NovaCentrix.

The integrated PulseForge® photonic curing tool uses pulse shaping to cure functional inks and thin films in milliseconds without heating underlying or adjacent substrates. Very high sintering temperatures can be achieved on paper and polymers without damage.

Throughout the duration of the exhibition, components printing demonstrations will be realized in collaboration with the substrates manufacturer ArjoWiggins and the photonic curing systems manufacturer NovaCentrix.

ArjoWiggins Creative Papers will present its revolutionary paper “Powercoat” dedicated to printed electronics as well as the obtained results in terms of printed components realized by CeraPrinter on this substrate.
