Premier Tech Acquires International Activities of Chronos Richardson

Canadian-based Premier Tech Packaging have just announced the acquisition of the international activities of UK-based Chronos Richardson.

The acquisition ranks Premier Tech in the top 5 suppliers of flexible industrial packaging equipment.

Chronos Richardson was founded in 1881 and is a leading manufacturer of packaging systems and equipment for powders and granular materials. With the bulk of their activity in Europe, they will help Premier Tech to expand into the European market as well as providing products to compliment its own range.

The acquisition also gives Premier Tech products to enter the food, chemical and minerals markets, while at the same time providing a mopre complete range of products for its existing clintelle.
