Highlander Partners, L.P., today announced it has acquired the aluminum extrusion assets of Profile Extrusion Company located in Rome, Georgia. The operations will continue to operate from the Georgia location under the name of Profile Custom Extrusions, LLC ("PCE") with the current management team continuing to lead the business.
PCE is a leading provider of aluminum extrusions to the industrial and residential construction, electrical, hurricane shutter and interior decor markets throughout the southeastern part of the United States. The Company operates three extrusion presses with a total annual capacity of 40 million pounds, along with a vertical wet paint line and a thermal fill and de-bridge line.
David Newby, who will continue to lead the business as the Division President, said, "We are very pleased to be a part of the Highlander portfolio of companies.
