Trinseo Makes its Debut at MD&M West 2015

Trinseo, a global materials company and manufacturer of plastics, latex and rubber, formerly known as Styron, will make its debut today at MD&M West 2015 in Booth #824 Hall E  at the Anaheim Convention Center from February 10-12, 2015.

Formally known as Styron, the Company changed its name on February 1st, to reflect how Trinseo’s technologies and materials play an intrinsic role in the innovative and sustainable solutions that its customers require in developing the next generation of products.

Trinseo continues to be committed to the Medical Devices market, which it has supported for more than 25 years with polycarbonate, ABS and styrenic custom compounded resins. The company differentiates itself with superior product quality while leveraging global resin sources to provide equivalent products worldwide with consistency and assurance of supply.

Trinseo supports OEMs and designers with the following plastics:

  • CALIBRE™ Polycarbonate Resins
  • CALIBRE™ MEGARAD™ Polycarbonate Resins
  • EMERGE™ Advanced Resins
  • MAGNUM™ ABS Resins

Trinseo has strengthened its plastics portfolio with medical grades featuring more robust chemical resistance, glass fillers, color compensation technology and biocompatibility. Its portfolio also features ABS resins produced under a mass polymerization process offering superior lot-to-lot consistency and whiteness of color.
