Brooks GF40/80 Series thermal mass flow controller

GF40/80 Series thermal mass flow controllers and flow meters: Brooks Instrument will highlight its industry-leading GF40/80 Series thermal mass flow controllers and flow meters available with the company’s patented MultiFlo™ technology. With upgraded electronics, improved accuracy for tighter process control and improved service port access, the SLA Series combines industry-leading repeatability with “smart” self-diagnostics and alarms to help minimize downtime and keep processes and experiments running smoothly. SLA Series controllers and meters also support a wider range of digital communications protocols, including DeviceNet™, FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus and now PROFIBUS.
