Advion, Inc., a leading systems and consumables developer for the life sciences industry, and operating division of Bohui Innovation Technology, announces that its nano LC ion source, Chip-Mate, received a new product innovation award at this week's BCEIA conference and exhibition being held this week in Beijing.
While Advion sells and supports its CMS mass spectrometer products directly to end users in China, the company's exclusive Chinese distribution partner for chip-based nanoelectrospray ion source products (Triversa and Chip-Mate), ASPEC, applied for the award, and was selected from a field of many eligibale applicants. The award was received by Advion's CEO, David B. Patteson, during the BCEIA celebration reception.
"ASPEC has been and continues to be a strong partner of Advion's chip-based nanoelectrospray products in China, and this accolade is a testament to their efforts in the market," says Mr. Patteson. "With our focus on expanding China, ASPEC will play a key role especially as we launch a series of new nanoESI sources in the coming months and years."
