Flow/No Flow Sensor with Hazloc Approval

Detect even the tiniest trickle of flow in powders, granules, pellets, and solids. The Flow Detect 2000 prevents cross contamination by making sure flow has stopped completely before switching over to a new material.

It's now certified to North American Class II, Division 1 Groups E, F, & G and ATEX Zone 21 hazardous location standards.

It installs at transition points in:

  • Distributors
  • Gravity chutes, feeders or spouts
  • Bucket elevators
  • Mechanical or pneumatic conveyors
  • Ducts or pipelines

It prevents downtime and equipment failure caused by blockages, conveyors running empty, no material flowing to-and-from a process, or loose slide gates. The FD-2000 can be used as a preventive control by food and feed manufacturers required to comply with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FMSA).

Established in 1953, BinMaster® is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company that designs and manufactures reliable, solid-state point and continuous bin level indicator and control systems and sensoring devices used while storing or processing powders and bulk solids.
