On 18 November 2016, Arburg's Indonesian subsidiary celebrated its tenth anniversary together with 50 invited guests, subsidiary employees and a representative from the company headquarters. At the time of its foundation in 2006, Arburg was the first European injection moulding machine manufacturer with a fully-owned subsidiary in this country.

Haryadi Mulyono, Subsidiary Manager of Arburg Indonesia, warmly welcomed the guests to this happy occasion. On behalf of the Partners, Managing Directors and the entire parent company, Regional Sales Manager Rainer Kassner then thanked customers for the trust they had shown, and the entire Arburg Indonesia team for their great commitment and tireless endeavour.
An evening of celebration
The highlights of the evening festivities were the traditional "Tumpeng" thanksgiving ceremony as well as the presentation of the "10 Years of Arburg Indonesia" anniversary sculpture to David Chan, who is responsible for the Arburg organisations of the entire ASEAN region.
David Chan and Haryadi Mulyono then presented awards to seven customers, who were the first in their country to purchase e. g. a LSR, multi-component or cube-mould machine.
Arburg present in Indonesia since 1993
Arburg has been active in Indonesia since as far back as 1993, initially through a representative office, and with a fully-owned organisation since 2006. It is continuously investing in the Indonesian market. The principal applications are high-quality packaging, precision technical parts and LSR processing.
The team, which now counts ten members, offers an extensive range of services, expert advice and prompt local support. This includes machine commissioning, fault rectification and preventive maintenance.
A 24-hour hotline provides fast help by phone. Moreover, the subsidiary in Jakarta boasts a showroom of Allrounder machines ready for testing customer moulds and practical training courses, also in the national language. A warehouse featuring first-class equipment enables rapid delivery of spare parts.
