Bema to Double Gold Production

Bema Gold is expected to more then double its annual gold production with the completion of its acquisition of the Petrex Gold Mines in South Africa. These mines were acquired through a business combination agreement forged with EAGC Ventures Corp.

Bema expects to produce approximately 280,000 ounces of gold this year following the acquisition of the Petrex mines.
