Noveon Acquire Key Technologies and Assets of Flint Inks

Noveon have acquired key water-based overprint coatings technology and manufacturing assets from Flint Ink Corporation. These coatings are used in particular by the graphic arts industry.

Flint Ink will continue to manufacture MVTR, tobacco and security coatings, as well as providing sales and service for products being taken over by Noveon. This should ensure a smooth transition for customers and consumers of the products in question.
