At the 2021 SVTM trade fair in Marseille, Fluke Process Instruments will present its new, even more powerful and rugged temperature profiling systems for the toughest heat-treatment processes: Datapaq Furnace Tracker systems perform temperature uniformity surveys (TUS) and system accuracy tests (SAT) compliant with AMS 2750E and CQI-9.
They capture detailed thermal profiles from inside the furnace or quench, allowing users to optimize processes, improve throughput and save fuel. The Datapaq Furnace Tracker range offers a choice of application-specific data loggers, thermal barriers, thermocouples and analysis software.
The new, IP67-rated Datapaq TP6 loggers measure temperatures from -100 °C to 1370 °C with a ±0.3 °C accuracy that meets the most stringent aerospace and automotive standards. Their 10 or 20 channels can be specified for mixed thermocouples, allowing efficient TUS and SAT runs with just one data logger. The loggers perform up to 10 consecutive measurement runs. Users can comfortably set up the system and read out temperature profiles via the Datapaq Insight for Mobile app or via a computer.
The loggers feature Bluetooth and USB communication as well as optional real-time data transmission from inside the process via radio. The Datapaq Insight software includes comprehensive reporting functions. Users can easily customize reports and generate reports compliant with CQI-9, AMS 2750E or ISO9000.
The thermal barrier lineup now also includes quenchable models as well as versions designed for vacuum processes. The team will be happy to advise trade show visitors on the best way to tackle their particular application.
