On 31st December 2006 it was announced that Charterhouse Capital Partners had sold the Autobar Packaging Group to Sun European Partners, LLP, the European adviser to Sun Capital Partners, Inc. one of the leading private investment companies specialising in leveraged buyouts and investments in market-leading companies
