Saint Gobain Acquire Hi-Tech Glass Yarn Business

Saint Gobain Technical Fabrics America have acquired the assets and technology of Gividi USA.

Gividi operate a state-of-the-art glass fine yarn plant located in South Carolina, USA. It supplies materials for a range of industrial composite applications.

The acquisition adds new product lines to Saint Gobain’s existing range and will allow them to expand into new markets. The new products may also be applicable to industries and customers who they already service.
