DuPont Textiles and Interiors Renamed Invista

DuPont Textiles and Interiors has been renamed Invista, effective immediately. This represents the next step in divesting this business.

Invista will be the largest integrated fibres and intermediates company in the world and will continue its association with DuPont, although will seek to forge its independence.

DuPont are still in negotiations with Koch Industries regarding the sale of Invista.
