Pactiv Complete Rock-Tenn Packaging Acquisition

Pactiv have completed their $60 million acquisition of the packaging assets of Rock-Tenn Company.

The purchase involves assets related to the manufacture of amorphous polyethylene terephthalate and polypropylene products for food packaging.

Included in the purchase are 2 plants in the USA. One in Conyers, Georgia and the other in Franklin Park, Illinois.
