Bunzl Purchase Skiffy Group

Bunzl have purchased Skiffy Group from IWP International for 28.1 million Euros.

Skiffy, a Netherland’s-based are a manufacturer of injection moulded plastics parts and small metal parts. Their products are sold into industries such as electronics, furniture and hose connectors.

Skiffy consists of three companies:

  • Johan Putzfeld BV
  • Acme SA
  • Skiffy UK

The acquisition brings to Bunzl more nylon expertise and products and provides a good fit with exiting businesses, while the sale of Skiffy is consistent with IWP’s strategy of divesting non-core assets and reducing debt.
