Selective Soldering Service from Digicom

This video illustrates Digicom’s selective soldering process that offers high yield, speed, accuracy, and superior throughput. Before the start of selective soldering, the board is fluxed and preheated. A personalized time/temperature profile is calculated. Throughout the process, a true top-side preheat maintains the temperature of the board. Repeatable high-quality solder joints are used to efficiently solder through-hole components. Digicom’s selective soldering system can solder any orientation, any site, anywhere on the board.
