Automated Meter Mix Dispensing Systems

PLC-based Systems for Batch and Data Logging
Mahr’s machines are manufactured in the US and built with Mahr (formerly Feinpruef) precision pumps which are made in Germany. These PLC-based systems can monitor dispensed product volumes, and can be equipped with alarms to keep product on ratio. This data is stored in the HMI and can be downloaded for later use. Precision meter mix dispensing systems are suitable for batch monitoring and data logging.
Mahr’s meter mix dispensing systems include capabilities for pressure monitoring, closed loop communication through recipe programming, flow meters, batch and data logging, and many other options to suit specific application needs.
