Fluorine and Proton Benchtop NMR on Magritek’s Spinsolve System

The 19F nucleus is one of the key nuclei for NMR spectroscopy. Its NMR sensitivity is very high because of its 100% natural abundance and high frequency. In the pharmaceutical industry, organofluorine compounds are used often and fluorine is used as a molecular tag.

Spinsolve Benchtop NMR Spectrometer

The Spinsolve benchtop NMR spectrometer is capable of measuring both Fluorine and Proton. When compared to conventional NMR systems, no complicated retuning of the probe is required. Magritek’s Spinsolve now offers Fluorine NMR.

Working of Fluorine NMR?

A 1D fluorine experiment is offered in version 1.1 of the Spinsolve software. Old systems can be easily upgraded and no hardware changes are needed. Without any further adjustments, proton and fluorine experiments can be run on the same sample with the single click of a button.
