Thanks to Certified Oil-Free Class 0: 100% Product Purity

In various industries, the purity of compressed air plays a critical role, significantly impacting the quality of processes for producing high-quality products in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, automotive, paper, textile, medical, and sensitive chemical and petrochemical industries, among others.

When compressed air comes into contact with the product, as in pneumatic conveyance, it is essential to ensure that it adheres to ISO 8573-1, class 0 standards.

Contaminating the product with oil can lead to severe consequences, such as destroying entire production batches.

Thanks to Absorption-Free Silencer Technology: 100% Reliability

Improved energy efficiency, prolonged lifespan of compressed air systems, and compliance with required noise levels are achieved through novel patented silencers.

AERZEN's research and development center has introduced a completely new silencer technology, successfully patented under European Patent No. 1857682.

In the future, reactive silencers will be employed by AERZEN to reduce pipe noise in the Delta Blower (positive displacement blower), Delta Hybrid (rotary lobe compressor), and Delta Screw (screw compressor) series.

Thanks to ATEX-Certified Technologies: 100% Safety

Compressor and blower packages by AERZEN have consistently been utilized in highly critical areas. Decades of expertise and experience span various application ranges, particularly evident in processes governed by the ATEX guideline, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost savings.

  • Ensuring 100% Safety in ATEX applications
  • Employing pulsation discharge silencers without absorption materials as spark arresters
  • Enhancing explosion protection in pneumatic bulk material conveyance
  • Maintaining 100% product purity and safety through certified technology
  • AERZEN stands for continuous development, emphasizing safety and product integrity

Absorption Material-Free Pulsation Discharge Silencers as Spark Arrester

In the realm of pneumatics, an often-overlooked aspect involves the potential generation of sparks by blowers and compressors, as indicated by the risk analysis. These sparks can be carried into the conveying pipe during pressure conveying, posing a risk of igniting a dust-air mixture.

In this context, the AERZEN ATEX concept offers a TÜV-certified solution. A spark arrester, integrated into the silencer's base support or on the discharge side, prevents sparks from crossing into the hazardous zone in emergencies.

The need for on-site installation of spark arresters can be eliminated, presenting a significant advantage for the customers. This, in turn, eliminates the need for investment costs, resulting in sustainable energy savings, as pressure losses caused by downstream spark arresters can be averted.
