One Part Epoxy Adhesives, Sealants, Coatings, and Compounds

For ease of application and outstanding performance, choose Master Bond one part, heat-curable epoxy systems. They are designed to save time, improve efficiency, eliminate waste and enhance reliability. These systems are pre-catalyzed and require only moderate heat to cure. This avoids the need to mix two components which can result in air entrapment. To prevent such problems, two part epoxies often must be mixed in a vacuum environment. Additionally, two component systems often have multiple mix ratios i.e. 10 to 1 by weight, etc. and limited pot lives. This often leads to errors. One part, no mix systems alleviate inaccurate mixing and eliminate wastage from non-use of compounds in specified time periods. Furthermore, the speed of cure is rapid — often faster than two component systems.

Master Bond offers an extensive variety of one component epoxy systems. They are available in small to large quantities and are freshly prepared to ensure maximum shelf life. We use the most advanced polymers and our technology is cutting edge.Special formulations are cryogenically serviceable, castable over 1 inch thick, machinable, electrically conductive, thermally conductive and have superior tensile strength properties. Additionally, NASA low outgassing approved systems and compounds that meet USP Class VI requirements are also available.
