The popular oil and gas processing systems of Master Bond are-

SUPREME 45HTQ

Master Bond SUPREME 45HTQ is a two part, heat cured epoxy system with excellent dimensional stability and chemical resistance. Serviceable from -60°F to 450°F. Toughened quartz filled system.

EP42HT-2

EP42HT-2 is a two part, room temperature curable epoxy system for bonding, coating, sealing and potting. Low viscosity formulation for ease of application. Highly chemical and temperature resistant.

EP46HT-1

EP46HT-1 is a two part, heat cured (250-300°F) epoxy system with unsurpassed chemical and temperature resistance. This adhesive/sealant system is serviceable up to 550-600°F. A non-drip version called EP46HT-1 ND is also available.

SUPREME 10AOHT

SUPREME 10AOHT is a one part, oven cured epoxy system with excellent thermal conductivity and superb temperature and oil resistance. Primarily used for bonding of heat sinks and sensors where heat transfer is desirable.

EP41S-1

EP41S-1 is an easy to process, two part epoxy with excellent chemical resistance, particularly to solvents. Available in black color.

EP62-1

EP62-1 is a two part water and steam-resistant epoxy cures at 80-100°C and withstands autoclaving. Excellent chemical and electrical insulation properties. Features a long working life.
