Software
Solutions that are appropriate for Raman applications are offered by B&W Tek’s BWSpec® software and Software Development Kit (SDK) packages.
BWSpec®
BWSpec®, a spectral data acquisition software, forms the base of all B&W Tek instruments. The software package includes tools that can undertake measurement and calculations at the ease of a button. Users can recover data in multiple formats, and acquisition parameters such as laser power and integration time can be optimized. Manual/auto baseline correction and automatic dark removal are also some of its exclusive features.
Software Development Kit (SDK)
B&W Tek’s customized interface enables users to control spectroscopic instruments through SDKs. Simple laser and spectrometer guidelines of calibration, data acquisition and module synchronization can be achieved. Although it is designed for 32- and 64-bit Windows operating systems, all USB-based spectrometers can utilize the SDK package.
If users are looking for complete system control, then an advanced package with chemometric model support from BWIQ software and data processing algorithms is offered. Some of the mathematic functions that enable the delivery of a comprehensive solution spectrometer system include peak finding, curve fitting, smoothing, and a prediction engine.
The 532-nm Raman Building Block has three breadboards in the laser excitation classification. Brilliant engineers have designed each building block with components of the highest quality. Each block ensures that users attain the most precise and efficient method to realize their objective.
