The Alemnis Compact Assembly (ACA), Alemnis’ most compact design, combines the time-tested technology of the ASA with the small Hitachi Desktop SEM TM3030. The integration is simple, needs no instrument modification, and can be completed quickly by any user, allowing the TM3030 to be utilized for regular SEM operations.
