The dual-resolution microArch D1025 prints in either 10 µm or 25 µm resolution or in hybrid mode with both resolutions in the same print layer or in separate layers. It is powered by PµSL and built on BMF's unique hybrid resolution technology.
Thanks to enhanced built-in automation, this functionality allows for a higher level of efficiency and saves money, time, and resources. Delivering the same ultra-high resolution, accuracy, and precision that BMF is known for, the new D1025 is set to revolutionize the prototyping and production of parts requiring micron-level precision and repeatability.
Benefits
- Less time
- Less money
- Increased productivity
Increased Efficiency + Improved Automation + Functional Materials
- Increased Efficiency: The flexibility to print dual resolution in one layer, multiple layers, or single-use mode.
- Built-in Automation: Automate precision and make the printing process faster and more precise.
- Open Material System: Suitable with functional engineering-grade materials.
[Efficiency + Versatility]²: Meet the microArch D1025
The microArch D1025 is an excellent choice for researchers and manufacturers seeking versatility, as it has the capability to print at two different resolutions. This flexibility improves efficiency and is further enhanced by its advanced built-in automation features.
Features
- Automatic calibration system: Quickly calibrate the level of the platform, membrane, and roller automatically, decreasing printer turnover time.
- Automatic printing parameters: Print settings for roller frequency and resin leveling delay times are set automatically according to the printing area and material viscosity when using automatic mode. Full manual control is still an option if desired.
- Automatic resin adjustment: Accurately and automatically adjust the amount of resin (viscosity<5DOcPs) in a vat to obtain the desired resin level.
- 10 µm and 25 µm automatic switching: Intelligently identify the fine features of complex structures and enable automatic precision switching within and between layers, ensuring accurate production of every single detail.
- Improved DLP projection: Two different resolutions are available with larger projection zones, which results in faster print times, all while producing high-precision parts.
- Magnetic platform: An easy-to-remove/install printing platform for quicker production turnaround time.
- Side-shifting membrane: There is no need to remove or reinstall the membrane between builds, which increases uptime.
- Scraper and roller: Eliminate air bubbles and reduce leveling time.
- Resin VAT heating system: Suitable for more complex environments and diverse materials.
PµSL Technology
The microArch D1025 is based on BMF’s breakthrough projection micro stereolithography (PµSL) technology, which enables fast photopolymerization of a layer of liquid polymer utilizing a flash of UV light at micro-scale resolution.
