Continental AG Look to Purchase Rubber Specialist Phoenix AG

Continental AG is looking to purchase German automotive rubber engineering specialist Phoenix AG for 15 Euros per share via a public offer.

Continental are looking to add Phoenix to their ContiTech elastomers division, thus strengthening their position in the field of fluid, conveyor belt systems and air springs.

Phoenix is a leading supplier of engineered rubber components such as comfort systems for use in vibration control and insulation and air springs, as well as conveyor belt systems and fluid handling systems.
