Aveka to Build Nanomaterials Facility

It was announced today that Aveka Inc, known for its particle processing solutions and micron size materials expertise, will be constructing the first factory in the Rushford Institute for Nanotechnology industrial park.

At this new plant, Aveka will crush and grind particles to approximately 10 nanometers. These materials will be used for pharmaceuticals and inks for ink jet printers.

The Rushford Institute for Nanomaterials provide assistance and services to companies developing nanotechnologies. The fact that they have not yet opened their doors makes this even more of an achievement as well as endorsing the potential for the institute.
