Goodfellow, a leading global supplier of metals and materials for research and product design, has announced the launch of a Japanese language website (www.goodfellow-japan.jp) as part of the expansion of the Company’s sales and marketing activities in Japan. The website provides details of Goodfellow's broad range of pure metals, alloys, ceramics, and polymers for use in research, development, and specialised manufacturing applications. Also available on the site is contact information for the Company's three Japan-based distributors – New Metals & Chemicals Corporation Limited, Furuuchi Chemical Corporation, and Niki Glass Co. Ltd.
“As the world’s second largest economy, Japan is a tremendously important market for Goodfellow products and services,” says Stephen Aldersley, Goodfellow Managing Director. “We expect that this new website, as well as our enhanced network of Japanese distributors, will facilitate communication and business with the growing number of Japanese organisations seeking small quantities of metals and materials for their research and development activities.”
The development of the new site has been carried out in Japan and has been managed by Intralink. Intralink is working with Goodfellow to assist the Company in the development of their activities in Japan.
In addition to their UK headquarters, Goodfellow has offices in the United States, France, and Germany, as well as the Shanghai Representative Office of Goodfellow Cambridge Ltd. (www.gutefu.cn) in China.
