Reportlinker.com announces that a new market research report is available in its catalogue: Glyphsoate China Monthly Report 1010.
Glyphosate industry still sees gloomy market in October, with price remaining undervalued. But it is facing many pressures from increasing raw material cost, stagnant exports, and RMB appreciation.
Fortunately, Chinese government is making efforts to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of Chinese pesticide industry, which will benefit further development of Chinese glyphosate industry. On 26 Aug. 2010, China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other three ministries jointly enacted formal "Pesticide Industry Policies", proposing many detailed targets of Chinese glyphosate in light of industry scale, layout, organization structure, product structure, technology support, production administration, import & export administration, etc. One ambitious target is that the number of pesticide companies should be reduced by 30% by 2015, while the top 20 Chinese pesticide manufacturers should account for at least 50% of annual pesticide sales, reaching 70% by 2020.
The effective implementation of these policies and realization of the targets would greatly change the chaos of Chinese glyphosate industry and heighten the industry concentration, thus leading to the increasing competitiveness of Chinese glyphosate in the global market and reasonable profit in glyphosate industry.
