AeroDef Manufacturing Exposition and Conference, a huge event focusing on aerospace and defense systems production, is scheduled to be held at the Anaheim Convention Center between April 5 and 7, 2011.
The event will include several discussions on Composites materials. Composites comprise several networks of sturdy fibers in a resin matrix.
AeroDef will deal with major challenges faced by OEMs in the area of cost- cutting. Senior officials from the OEMs will share their promotional ideas like recognizing suppliers with innovative ideas, latest methods and material enhancements.
The event will include 12 sessions and topics to be covered in the sessions include Advanced Composite Manufacturing, Composite Machining, Advanced Composite Materials, Composite Applications and Out-of-Autoclave Composite Processes.
The event is sponsored by the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME), a 501(c) 3 organization focused on exposing manufacturers to the latest technologies and production processes by organizing various programs, online training and activities.
