Newly established firm, Midwest Precision, has announced the acquisition of the business operations and assets of Midwest Machining Solutions based in Eastlake, Ohio.
Midwest Machining Solutions, formerly called as Midwest Screw Products, offers close-tolerance machining and assembly of tougher materials, including titanium, nickel alloys, aluminum and stainless steel, for fluid power, power generation, defense and aerospace markets.
Midwest Machining Solutions specializes in kitting, assembly, laser marking, honing, surface grinding, EDM, milling and CNC turning. It produces intricate machined parts from challenging materials in prototype quantities as well as in large-scale piece lots.
Midwest Precision acquired Midwest Machining Solutions’ facility and retained all the workers. The new management intends to invest in personnel, machineries and facilities to expand the company’s capabilities to handle difficult projects and offer more value-added services to its customers.
The President at Midwest Precision, Wayne Foley commented that the purchase of Midwest Machining Solutions offers an ideal base for the company’s strategy of strengthening its engineered product presence in the worldwide market.
