Sino Fibre to Sell Biomass Power Generation Systems to Europe

Sino Fibre Communications declared that it has secured sales orders worth 25 million USD through its subsidiary, Dalian Xinbao Biomass, to supply 15 biomass power generation systems to Europe.

Dalian Xinbao Biomass has inked a letter of intent to supply 10 medium-size biomass systems to Greece. Each system has a capacity to produce 2,200 m3/h of biomass gas. The company also signed a sales deal to supply five sets of anaerobic combustion gas generating system machines to Cyprus. These machines will utilize refuse derived fuel manufactured from the olive oil extraction method and produce power via gas. Each unit can manage 12 tons every day, resulting in the production of 264,000 m3 of biomass gas.

The five systems can generate 43,800,000 kW of power per year, resulting in savings of 26,000 tons of standard coal per year and eliminating carbon discharge. Overall, the 15 anaerobic gas power generation systems can reduce consumption of 78,000 tons of standard coal.

By using the olive oil extraction method’s by-product, olive residue, the biomass machines produce renewable power and eliminate the waste disposal problem of olive oil residue. Dalian Xinbao Biomass’ factory has an annual capacity to produce 100 biomass machines.
