Bemis Company, Inc. (NYSE-BMS) today announced that it has acquired Mayor Packaging, a privately-owned manufacturer of consumer and specialty flexible packaging including a manufacturing facility in Dongguan, China. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This transaction does not impact earnings per share guidance for 2011.
