SEHO Systems, manufacturer of customer-specific solutions and automated soldering systems, has reported that the PowerWave N2 will be highlighted at the SMTA Upper Midwest Expo & Tech Forum.
The forum will take place at the Hilton Minneapolis/Bloomington Hotel in Minnesota, on June 7, 2012.
This new nitrogen wave soldering system, PowerWave N2 is designed specifically for large- and medium-sized production volumes. This system suits perfectly for lead-free and lead-containing methods. A closed tunnel system is integrated into this machine. The tunnel consumes less amount of nitrogen, as it is specially designed using stainless steel. Lateral tunnel insulation helps to attain high-energy efficiency.
A highly accurate spray pattern and a reliable spray jet especially at the outer edges are offered by the spray fluxer incorporated with HVLP technology..A reproducible fluxing method is featured in this spray fluxer, which consumes flux at a minimum level.
The active length of flexible preheating zone configuration is 1800 mm. The system is enabled by this zone configuration, so that it can be adapted to specific production demands. High flexibility is provided by new wave formers in the high-quality soldering results and soldering area.
Programmable microprocessor control has been installed in SEHO’s new nitrogen wave soldering system. Colored touch display together with interactive user interface and process visualization performs the system operation.
