VJ Electronix’s New Shenzhen Customer Center Equipped with Rework and X-Ray Inspection Systems

VJ Electronix has declared that a new customer support and demonstration center has been opened in Shenzhen, China. The company’s new customer center in Shenzhen is equipped with the new Vertex Series A X-ray inspection and SRT Micra rework systems.

The center is located within Guangdong province in China. Domestic and international original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and electronics manufacturing service (EMS) providers are more populated in Shenzhen. The company’s new customer center offers improved local assistance and immediate access to critical equipment elements and main technical resources.

The customer center provides all rework and X-ray training levels, and helps in developing the process of advanced applications like fine-pitch area array, RF shielding, micro-passive, micro-scavenging and Package-on-Package (PoP), and performs defect analysis with the help of the company’s new imaging technologies.

This new customer center in Shenzhen displays:

  • SRT Micra mobile products rework system
  • Summit 1800 performance rework system
  • Vertex Series semiautomatic X-ray inspection platform

The first system is a benchtop that is designed particularly to rework on the new high-density electronics in eReaders, tablets, voice or video recorders, smartphones and additional small form-factor products. The second rework system provides the most advanced features, which have been specifically devised for microelectronics and surface mount rework. The third is a production ready and strong X-ray inspection system, providing higher uptime and unique performance-value.
