OMAX Corporation will bring high-performance, high-value abrasive waterjet technology to SouthMACH, taking place May 29 – 30 in Christchurch, New Zealand. In Stand 5 at the CBS Arena, the company will demonstrate how its versatile MAXIEM 0707 JetCutting Center decreases production costs and increases profit margins.
The compact footprint of the MAXIEM 0707 makes it ideal for smaller shops with a focus on prototypes, short production runs or small-scale cutting projects. It cuts high-quality complex parts from most materials, including metal, plastic, glass, ceramic, stone and composites, within a 0.762 meters by 0.762 meters X-Y cutting travel area. The parts are cut directly from the plate with a single tool to reduce set-up time and material usage.
Offered in a variety of horsepower options, the MAXIEM 0707’s direct-drive pump offers fast part-processing speeds and low operating costs. OMAX engineered the pump to provide more horsepower to the machine’s cutting nozzle and enhance operational efficiencies.
The MAXIEM 0707 employs OMAX’s Intelli-MAX®Software Suite that provides faster, more precise and more accessible machining than competitive abrasive waterjet systems. With its patented motion control technology, the Intelli-MAX Software ensures the fastest, most accurate waterjet cutting across a wide range of materials.
