It comprises a clear and interactive periodic table of elements, with detailed plasma, ion beam and atomic layer deposition processing information. This periodic table App is free to download and will appeal to a multitude of users from industry and academia. It will be an excellent teaching device that demonstrates individual element properties and electron configurations.
