Coupled with advanced signal processing technology, it provides faster, optimized imaging at frame rates up to 13 fps. The seamless integration of hardware and software makes the CX-200K a powerful yet accessible tool for both novice and experienced users. The system also includes both SE and BSE imaging detectors and an internal chamber camera for convenient tilt and height adjustments. And with multiple accessory ports, the CX-200K can be configured with various analytical tools such as EDS and EBSD, making it an ideal platform for comprehensive materials analysis.
Capable of operating under variable vacuum conditions, the CX-200K is suitable for a broad spectrum of applications, from materials science and energy research to life sciences and biological imaging. The optional STEM detector expands its functionality to include TEM analysis of samples on standard TEM grids, while the optional CoolStage allows for the analysis of samples at temperatures ranging from -25°C to 50°C.
