Radnor Holdings to Buy Polar Plastics

Radnor Holdings have announced that they have reached an agreement to purchase the plastic packaging assets of Polar Plastics and its subsidiary Polar Plastics (NC) Inc. The transaction is expected to be completed by December 1. Other details of the transaction have not been disclosed.

Included in the purchase are two production facilities that manufacture disposable polypropylene and polystyrene products which are primarily used in the food and catering industries.

The acquisition will further add to Radnor Holdings offerings to the foodservice industry.
