Based in the USA, we have state-of-the-art AS9100 Certified manufacturing facilities in Binghamton, NY and Wichita, KS. These facilities specialize in process driven manufacturing, certification testing and MRO as FAA / EASA 145 repair stations, helping solidify our company as a global leader in the manufacturing of aerospace instruments. Our capabilities include: printed circuit board (PCB) assembly, development of production automated test equipment, detailed assembly of electro-mechanical and electrical assemblies and processes for new product integration.
Our Research and Development facilities, located in Harleysville, PA and Wichita, KS feature a talented team of experienced engineers and state-of-the-art testing equipment. Including: temperature altitude chambers, computer controlled data acquisition systems, dynamometers, variable frequency speed drives, vibration tables, lightning simulation test, EMI emissions and susceptibility testing, and power supply component and system testing - making it easy for us to conduct and coordinate qualification testing to both RTCA/DO-160G and MIL-STD-810 requirements.
We have an unmatched pedigree in aerospace avionics and defense software development and verification. Our technical capabilities include systems with electronics and software development to meet DO-160G, DO-178C on Level A criticality projects.
