Compared to other technologies currently on the market, Lake Shore Cryotronics’ MeasureReady™ FastHall™ Station enables faster, extremely precise Hall effect measurements.
The M91 FastHall measurement controller, a Windows® PC, a 1 T permanent magnet, a high-precision sample holder, and all required software and cabling are included in this fully integrated tabletop measurement system station from Lake Shore.
The MeasureReady™ FastHall™ Station offers a wide variety of Hall measurement capabilities, which is suitable for scientists researching low-mobility materials.
Van der Pauw mobility measurements can now be made with measurement durations down to 0.01 cm2/V s and sample resistances up to 1 GΩ due to the unique FastHall approach. Up to 10 mm × 10 mm van der Pauw and Hall bar type samples can be held in the system’s quick and easy spring pin and solder sample holder cards.
The system’s MeasureLINK™-MCS software gathers all the data and offers predefined sequences, graphs, and user-editable test scripts.
The system is capable of carrying out comprehensive Hall analysis, producing measured values along with all derived values, and producing extensive reports with all the necessary intermediate data so that a researcher can easily verify the accuracy of the findings.
