Leveraging beta attenuation and light scattering technology, the Thermo Scientific™ 5030iQ SHARP (Synchronized Hybrid Ambient Real-Time Particulate) Monitor offers real-time particulate monitoring with unprecedented ease of use.
The 5030iQ SHARP Monitor delivers precise, accurate results in real-time. Its high-time resolution outputs mass concentrations of real-time data in one-minute intervals with extreme precision. For calibration, the highly sensitive nephelometry is compared to the mass concentration of the beta attenuation data.
The 5030iQ Monitor utilizes continuous, non-stepwise measurement to automatically advance the particulate-laden sample, preventing potential particle loss and enabling long-term unattended operation. It monitors sample conditions to eliminate moisture effects, adjusts the control system to heat only when necessary, and ensures that volatile aerosols remain intact for accurate measurement.
