Vapor Pressure Measurement

Vapour pressure measurements can reveal the evaporation rate of a liquid or sublimation rate of a solid. More specifically, vapor pressure analyzers reveal the pressure applied by a vapor in thermodynamic equilibrium with its solid or liquid phase at a particular temperature in a closed system. Samples with high vapor pressures at normal temperatures are regarded as having unstable vapor pressures.
