Fiber Analyzers

Fiber analyzers are used in a wide range of applications, including forensic science, as well as paper and clothing production. Some devices are used to determine fiber dimensions, coarseness, curl, fiber entanglement, and many other qualities of a fiber sample. Others expose fibers to repeated wash cycles, acids, and harsh detergents.

State-of-the-art fiber analyzers utilize automation and AI algorithms to increase safety, boost operator productivity, and produce more comprehensive results than more conventional devices. Most devices are small benchtop units that have a small footprint and require a hot water connection.
