PlayCore, Inc., a leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of a broad range of playground equipment and related play products, is pleased to announce that it completed the acquisition of Robertson Industries, Inc. Robertson Industries, Inc. manufactures surfacing building products related to site construction, athletic and recreational surfaces, play field equipment and structures, finishes, and indoor athletic surfacing. Robertson Industries, Inc. manufactures, markets, and installs TotTurf®, TotTurf Synthetic Plus®, and Talkin Totturf®. The Company will remain in Chandler, Arizona as a stand alone division of PlayCore and Richard Hawley will continue serving as the company’s General Manager.
