Dupont Recognized by Toyota Motors as Champion of Paint Repair

DuPont Refinish has been recognized for its customer support provided to Toyota Motor Vietnam, recently winning the “champion of paint repair” category in the Toyota Asian Skills Grand Prix held in Bangkok, Thailand.

A DuPont Refinish team in Vietnam and Thailand provided support to Toyota Motor in Vietnam since 2002, when the Toyota Body and Paint Training Center opened. The support has included conducting training programs for Toyota technician instructors as well as providing paint materials, a mixing machine and other items.

“DuPont Refinish knows the importance of providing quality service to customers to ensure their performance and productivity. We will provide continuous support with new technology and products while maintaining a good environment for the automotive industry,” said Tadayuki Kamiya, regional business director, DuPont Refinish, Asia Pacific.

Eleven countries participated in the Toyota Asian Skills Grand Prix and six contestants used DuPont Refinish paint systems.
